In Casa dos Coimbras, a house dating back to the 16th century, the Portuguese writer and artist Isilda Nunes opened her art exhibition of nearly thirty of oil paintings on canvas, with the main theme - “hands” (Mãos). This exhibition is celebrating hands as her artistic inspiration. Also, hands are in tight connection to music as a tactile and symbolic way to depict her love for music and poetry.

The opening ceremony was held on the September 2, and the exhibition will remain open to the public until September 29.

In the presence of friends and intellectuals from various regions of Portugal, the “party” was lively with poetic and musical performances that contributed to making the evening a truly enjoyable evening, ending with a toast to the artist and her works, which will be available to everyone until the end of the month.
